The team analyses and evaluates the project proposals, which are submitted by organisations or institutions. Once the projects are approved, their implementation is monitored by the respective project officer who reviews the reports received and appraises the achievement of the planned objectives. We undertake field visits to assure ourselves of the quality and impact of the projects that Medicor Foundation is funding.
