Quality Assurance

The partner organisations are responsible for the planning, implementation, controlling, monitoring and evaluation of approved projects. They are accountable to Medicor Foundation and should regularly report on the use of funding and the impact of the project interventions.

Individual responsibilities will be mutually determined. The project officers of Medicor Foundation examine the reports which have been submitted and check up on the implementation of the project.

The project officers assure themselves of the quality and impact of the projects during on site monitoring visits.
