• The project falls into the sectors and regions as defined by Medicor Foundation
• The project activities are implemented in one country only
• The project has a direct positive impact on the lives of a large number of vulnerable and disadvantaged people and improves their living conditions
• Objectives and results are realistic and clearly formulated
• The project is planned, implemented, monitored and evaluated in a professional manner
• The project is not dependent on permanent support from Medicor Foundation
